Must Read Before You Order - Critically Important Shipping Timeline Details

We would like to take a couple of minutes of your time to provide some details about our business model, including the shipping process, so you have the right expectations once you have placed your order.  Our customers love the fact that we are upfront about our delivery times and shipping process.  Some wish things were faster, but almost all of our customers continue with their orders after having read the details of the process.  Many complement us on our service and the fact that we work so hard to make this business model work for everybody involved.

The products we offer on our site are generally unique and typically not available in local markets or on major online retailers.  We select and order these products after extensive research of both US and foreign markets.  When you place an order with us, many of the orders come from overseas markets, some from within the US.  Since the products are rare, the shipping is not done in bulk and therefore, we are not able to secure favorable shipping rates from international and US postal and other delivery service providers.  Therefore, in order to keep the price of the product at an affordable level for our customers and the shipping costs, fulfillment, and international tariffs costs low enough for us to maintain our business expenses, we use shipping options that on the average take about 2 to 4 weeks to deliver the products to our customers. During the holidays and year end shopping the delivery time could be even longer due to the fact that all the major delivery service providers first cater to more expensive delivery options. 

We understand that most of our customers in the US and some other western markets are not accustomed to such long shipping times and hate to wait for weeks.  We wish things were different and we could deliver your products sooner.  This is the precise reason not every online or brick and mortar retailer carries these select items in their stores.  Most retailers shy away from the shipping hassles and costs.  However, since we know there are customers like yourself who would like to own these products, we do our best to make this model work for everybody.  Therefore, we would greatly appreciate your patience and your support. 

We work hard with reputable companies around the world to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.  So, please once you have ordered your products, please wait patiently and your order will be delivered in the expected time of two to four weeks.  If it is not, we will work with you.  We will send you a replacement or refund you as you wish.

Questions & Answers

 

1.     Question: When will you ship my items?

Answer: 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1- 2 days of payment. 

2.     Question: When will I receive my items?

Answer:  Most items are delivered within 2-4 weeks from shipment date. PLEASE NOTE:  In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (ie; time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays).  Also please be aware some countries do take longer for orders to arrive for reasons out of our control like customs clearance and postage service efficiency etc. Overall most orders do arrive in 2-4 weeks from shipment but can take longer.

3.     Question:  It’s been over 6 weeks and I have not received my order yet.  What should I do?

Answer:  If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order, please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.

4.     Question: Where are my orders coming from?

Answer:  Our warehouses are located in both the US and China.  We work only with the best and most experienced suppliers.

5.     Question:  I ordered multiple items.  Why did I get only one? 

Answer:  We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next.

6.     Question:  What is your return policy? If there is a problem, can I have a refund? 

Answer:  Please see our Return Policy page using the link at the bottom of this page.

7.     Question:  My order was delivered to a mailbox or was stolen.  What should I do?

Answer:  We hold the local carriers responsible for the delivery of the product to the address you provide us.  The carrier is always able to provide a proof of delivery.  Unfortunately, once the delivery is confirmed, and the product is stolen or goes missing, we are not able to help.

8.     Question:  How secure is my personal information?

Answer:  BeanOffer.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Our store makes use of SSL (secure socket layer technology) with an industry standard 256-bit encryption technology. This is the same level of encryption used by multinational banks to keep your information safe and secure.  Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

9.     Question:  I placed my order but I didn’t receive a confirmation email.  What is going on?

Answer:  Kindly check your Spam folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. You can also contact our support team and they will be able to assist you further.

If the email does not appear in the spam folder, it probably did not reach you. It is not uncommon that email addresses are entered with a minor typo. In this case, do not hesitate to send an email to support@beanoffer.com.  Our experienced staff will update your contact info and resend you the order confirmation for your reference. 

10.   Question:  Do I need to pay import and tariffs?

Answer:  Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay taxes when goods you've ordered arrive in your country. Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility.

11.   Question:  I have put a wrong shipping address.  Can I change it?

Answer:  Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we are not able to make any corrections in the delivery address.   It is not possible to for us to stop the processing of order once they have been initiated.

12.   Question:  Is the product the same as in the photo?

Answer:  All photos are real. Please note that due to the light and screen difference, the items color may be slightly different from the image.
